Project Overview

Party with Attitude has started officially in 2018, as a small event for students in the south of the Netherlands. The owners were stuck, but then the founder of OkiScale Arca, has started the scaling project.

By deepening the brand, updating the marketing and social media strategy the event was able to scale up to 2000 people! The event is still running till today and is considered one of the biggest events in the Netherlands.

How did we do it?

With our background in business but also in psychology, we are able to leverage videos better than anyone else. We understand what makes stories interesting and make videos that make you want to watch till the end. With time this compounded and has become a self-runner.

The Problem analysis. We quickly figure out that the concept lacked a clear target group and a clear lead generation system.

In order to increase sales, we first had to optimize social media, the conversion rate of the website and create content that works with ads.

We update the instagram conversion rate - so more people clicked on the website. Our ads had higher watch times and watch rates.
The ticket sales per website viewer has increased massively. After repeating the concept and refining after a year we were able to 20x the revenue of Party with attitude making it the biggest party in the south of there Netherlands.

The revenue has increased from about 1000 Dollars to 25.000 dollars per party. Making the event a 6 -figure company by today.
