Project Overview

CottonHugg is a premium Turkish towel retailer in Japan. The company mainly operated online at first, but now also has a physical store in Okinawa and in Tokyo, Kamakura.

Our target was to increase the sales of CottonHugg by 3x in 6 months. However, due to success on the website renewal, the new content strategy, line activities and advertisements - we could go way beyond our target and achieve a 5x increase of sales.

How did we do it?

With our multinational team, we were able to bring modern techniques and adapt it to the Japanese market. Our staff is constantly testing and improving each point of optimization with one single goal: Increasing sales

The Problem analysis is the beginning of everything. We quickly figure what this concept was lacking and what competitors were doing and what the market wants.

We created a 6 months plan to  achieve our goals and broke it down into 90 day and 30 day goals.

We improved the websites conversion rate. We created new content that not only gets more views - but more clicks and sales. We were able to scale the advertisement campaign to return 7X the costs. Lastly we achieve a 15%-20% return customer rate with line and email.

The revenue has increase by 5x and the profits by 3.5x and it is still going and growing every month by about 30-50%
